Why is “Watch Ad” missing?
The optional rewarded ad is offered only on the first death of an Adventure run, and only when consent permits and an ad is ready. It is never required to keep playing.
My Prism balance looks wrong
Reconnect to the internet, reopen the game and allow the wallet to sync. Do not repurchase immediately. If it still looks wrong, contact us with the details below.
Can I restore a purchase?
The game is designed to recover purchased Prism through the server-side wallet using Apple-verified identity. StoreKit also retries unfinished purchases. Live recovery still requires final device validation before release.
How do I change ad privacy choices?
When Google UMP requires it, open Help in the game and choose Privacy Options. Declining does not block the game; the ad option may simply be unavailable.
How do I request data deletion?
Email the address below with “LOCKFRAME privacy request.” See the Privacy Policy for what to include and what sensitive information never to send.
